Region K holds public meetings quarterly. The meeting dates are tentatively scheduled for the calendar year, and the next meeting date is confirmed at each meeting.

Agendas are posted the week prior to the meeting. Meeting materials are posted online after each meeting. Public comments are welcome at every public meeting and are limited to 3-5 minutes per person.
